Atlas was founded by Ryan Griffiths, who wanted to create more than just somewhere to exercise. The goal was to build a welcoming community where people could improve their fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing.

The Atlas Way is about progress, not perfection. We believe in continually learning, improving and building something better, with our members at the heart of everything we do.

We don't currently offer traditional scheduled gym inductions, but our team is always happy to show you around and help you get comfortable with the facilities. For more structured support, we offer personal training and small-group coaching through Atlas Club.

We're an independent, community-focused gym combining great training facilities, expert coaching and recovery in one countryside location. We believe fitness should be welcoming, accessible and something people genuinely enjoy.

Absolutely! From complete beginners to experienced athletes, everyone is welcome. Whether you prefer training independently, attending classes or working with a coach, there's something for you.
