Member Experience
Assistant
Approx. 24–27 hours per week
We’re looking for someone friendly, confident and proactive to become one of the faces of Atlas.
You’ll be involved in:
• Welcoming & supporting members
• Membership enquiries & gym tours
• Membership sales & follow-ups
• Atlas Fuel & retail
• Day-to-day gym operations
• Maintaining an exceptional member experience
This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk reception job.
We want someone who loves working with people and takes ownership.
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Approx. 10–13 hours per week
We’re looking for someone creative who can help us grow the Atlas brand.
You’ll get involved with:
• Social media
• Reels & short-form video
• Photography & content creation
• Marketing campaigns
• Email marketing
• Events & promotions
• Growing the Atlas brand locally
Experience is great — but creativity, initiative and potential matter more to us than the perfect CV.
FITNESS COACH
We’re expanding our coaching team.
We’re looking for someone to initially support and assist with Atlas Club, our premium small-group coaching programme, alongside delivering Atlas classes.
Classes: £25 per hour
Atlas Club: Commission-based earnings
Plus potential opportunities to develop your own 1-to-1 PT client base at Atlas.
We’re looking for a coach who can build relationships — not just deliver workouts.
