Ladies That Lift

A strength-focused class built on high-rep, high-intensity training. Using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight, you’ll move through structured sets designed to maximise muscular endurance, build lean definition, and test your grit. Expect minimal rest, controlled tempo, and that signature Atlas burn that leaves your muscles shaking.

Strength & Empower

Sundays, 8:30am
A women’s-only strength training class focused on building confidence, technique, and raw strength. Learn how to lift safely and effectively while progressing your strength week by week. This supportive environment is about more than just lifting weights — it’s about empowering yourself and the women around you.

Saturdays, 8:30am
A high-energy strength & conditioning class designed to build explosive power, speed, and endurance for sport and performance.
