Our standard classes are general group training sessions designed to complement independent gym use. They are coach-led, welcoming, and suitable for a wide range of abilities.
These sessions provide structure and variety but are not part of the Atlas Club coaching pathway.

Standard Class Descriptions
Ladies That Lift
A supportive, women-focused strength session combining resistance training and conditioning. Designed to build confidence, strength, and overall fitness in a welcoming environment.
Barbell Club
A technique-focused strength session centred around barbell lifts. Ideal for improving form, building confidence under the bar, and developing foundational strength.
Burn
A full-body conditioning class using functional movements to improve strength, coordination, and overall fitness. Moderate intensity with scalable options.
Strength & Empower
A strength-led class focused on controlled movement, posture, and resilience. Suitable for those returning to training or looking to build strength safely and sustainably.

Standard classes run on a limited weekly schedule and are included with all standard gym memberships.
Atlas Club Classes
Atlas Club Members Only
Atlas Club is our flagship small-group training system. These sessions are fully coached, progression-led, and capped at five members per class.
This is not general group fitness. Atlas Club is designed for members who want structure, accountability, and long-term results — without committing to full 1-to-1 personal training.

All Atlas Club sessions, bookings, and programming are managed through our coaching platform to ensure consistency, progression, and proper oversight.
Atlas Club Class Descriptions
Atlas Hybrid
Small-group personal training using your bespoke programme. Each member follows their own structured plan within a coached group environment, ensuring individual progression with expert oversight.
Atlas Build
Hypertrophy-focused training designed to increase muscle mass through controlled tempo, progressive overload, and intelligent volume management.
Atlas Power
Strength-focused sessions centred on barbell and compound lifts. Emphasis is placed on technical proficiency, low-rep quality work, and long-term strength development.
Atlas Burn
Functional strength and conditioning with a strong emphasis on movement quality, balance, coordination, and injury resilience. Challenging but sustainable.
Atlas Engine
Cardiovascular conditioning designed to improve work capacity, stamina, and aerobic efficiency. Sessions are structured to build fitness without excessive fatigue.
Atlas Club Timetable
Atlas Club sessions run Monday to Friday only, with structured morning and evening blocks.
