Membership Eligibility and Access:

Membership provides access to all facilities at The Atlas Gym.
You confirm that you are at least 17 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Adherence to our Gym Rules and Health Declaration is mandatory.
We may revise the Rules, with updates posted online and within the gym premises.
Health and Safety Obligations:
Prior to using the gym, a health waiver must be completed, and any medical conditions declared.
We encourage members to consult a doctor before engaging in exercise routines if they have any medical concerns.

Types of Memberships:

The Atlas Gym offers various membership options including non-contract monthly memberships, week passes, and day passes.
Membership Management and Payments:
Membership administration is conducted through Gymdesk, our website, or mobile app.
Membership cancellations can be made anytime. No refunds are available once a payment is processed, and access remains until the end of the paid period.
Payments recur monthly on the date of initial joining. In months with fewer days, we adjust the billing cycle to the nearest end-of-month date.

Joining and Cancellation Policies:

Currently, there are no fees for joining or canceling memberships, but this is subject to change in the future.
Freezing or Canceling Membership:
Membership can be frozen once every 6 months for up to 1 month at no charge.
For cancellation, please contact us via email or in person at the gym.
General Gym Information:
The gym's operating hours are available on our website and visibly displayed in the gym.
The contractual agreement is between The Atlas Gym and the individual member.
We welcome dogs, subject to behavior management policies.
Tours of the gym for potential members or visitors are allowed.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Use the designated main entrance for gym access.
Adhere to posted health & safety notices and any pandemic-related guidelines.
Health Commitment Statement:
You confirm the accuracy of your health information and understand our staff are not medically trained.
Inform us immediately of any changes in your health or exercise capability.
Read and understand this agreement in full before accepting.

Our Commitment to Members:

Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for exercise.
Confidentially manage your personal health information.
Ensure staff are adequately trained in First Aid and hold relevant fitness qualifications.
Provide support and guidance for safe equipment use, especially for members with medical disabilities.
Respect your exercise choices, advising on safety and fitness best practices.
