Atlas Club is our premium small-group coaching programme. Think of it as the sweet spot between personal training and a fitness class:

3–5 people per session → enough energy to push you, never so many you get lost.

Tailored workouts → your weights, your pace, your goals.

Expert coaching → our coaches move between you, correcting form and keeping you progressing.
This isn’t a “follow the instructor and hope for the best” setup. It’s structured, personal, and designed to deliver results.

Full Gym Membership
Come and train on your own time outside of sessions.
Access to 5 Atlas Club sessions per week
5 Atlas club sessions a week that suit your schedule Sessions run every weekday morning & evening.
Bespoke Workout plan
Bespoke plan tailored to your goals! so you know what you're doing inside and outside of sessions and can keep track of weights reps and sets.
Optional 1-1 PT Upgrade: starting from £240/month
